Describing a house with fire, water or foundation trouble means telling us a lot. Here is what happens to those details afterward.

Information We Collect
You tell us things. Usually that is a name, a phone number, an email, a mailing address and the facts about the house: where it is, what is wrong with it, who owns it, whether anyone lives there, any liens and whether an insurance claim is open. Some sellers also send photos of the damage or copies of documents.
Your browser tells us things too. Each visit leaves a record of the browser and device type, the pages viewed, the referring page and an approximate location based on your IP address. Cookies or similar tools help the site work and show us how people move through it.
How We Use It
Your details let us judge the house, work out an offer and explain how we got there, set up a walk-through, line up title and escrow and answer whatever you ask. Visit records help us secure the site, repair what breaks and improve the pages.
Some of it also goes into business records we are required to keep and toward meeting our legal duties.
How We Share It
We never sell your personal information. A few others may see it, but only to move a purchase along or keep our business running. That list includes a title or escrow company, an attorney, a contractor or inspector who helps us size up repairs, and vendors who host our website, forms, phones and messages. Those vendors can use it only for the work they do for us.
Legal requirements, the safety of others, protection of our rights, or a sale or restructuring of our company could also lead to disclosure.
Text Messages and Calls
Hand us your phone number and ask for a call back, and we may phone or text you about the property and what you asked. Saying yes to texts is not required to get an offer. Texts go out only as often as the conversation needs. Your carrier's message and data rates can apply. Reply STOP to any text and the texts end. Reply HELP if you need help. You can also just tell us to stop.
Outside companies never get your phone number from us for their own marketing.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures protect what you send us. Even so, any site, network or server can be breached, and we cannot guarantee that no one will ever reach your information without permission.
Your Rights
You can ask what we have on file, have it corrected, or have it deleted, apart from records we need to keep for legal or business reasons. Nevada residents can additionally opt out of any sale of covered information, though no such sale ever happens here.
